Warranty and Protection Plans

Every Mr Kav tool includes a standard warranty. On eligible products, a ProGuard+ plan can be added at checkout for longer coverage.

1. Coverage options

Standard warranty (included)

  • 1 year from delivery.
  • Covers manufacturing defects, internal failures, motor problems and electrical faults under normal use.

ProGuard+: $6.99, one-time payment

  • 2 years of extended mechanical and electrical coverage from delivery.
  • Free repairs with authentic parts.
  • Replacements ship within 1 business day of claim approval.
  • Priority support.

ProGuard+ Delivery Protection: $12.99, one-time payment

  • All the protection of ProGuard+.
  • Covers packages stolen or missing after delivery is confirmed.
  • Replacements ship in a day, without waiting for a carrier investigation.

Plans are a single upfront payment, with no subscription or recurring charges. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Coverage starts on the delivery date and applies to the eligible product purchased in the same order.

2. What is not covered

  • Accidental damage from drops, impacts or water.
  • Loss or theft after delivery, unless covered by ProGuard+ Delivery Protection.
  • Damage caused by modifications or use outside the product's intended purpose.
  • Normal wear of batteries, heating coils and cases.

3. How to make a claim

  1. Email adm@mrkav.com with the order number.
  2. Attach photos or a video showing the issue. For a missing package, describe what happened.
  3. A reply is sent within 48 business hours.

Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement or refund. Where a product must be returned, a prepaid shipping label is provided.

4. Managing your plan

Plans are purchased at checkout together with an eligible product. A plan confirmation is sent by email. Plans can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claim has been made. After 30 days, plan fees are non-refundable.

5. Your statutory rights

The standard warranty and ProGuard+ plans are provided in addition to any legal guarantee under the consumer protection laws of your country, and do not limit it.
