General information
This website is operated by SC Ventures LLC, trading as Mr Kav, www.mrkav.com, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mr Kav. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. The store is hosted on Shopify.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country, to place an order.
2. Products
Products are described and pictured as accurately as possible. Where a specification has not yet been independently verified, the product page says so. Minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely; full card details are never stored. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation is sent by email. The contract is formed when the order is accepted by email or shipped, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before dispatch. After that, the Refund Policy applies.
6. Shipping and risk
Delivery times and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes upon delivery, or as otherwise required by the consumer protection laws of your country.
7. Returns, warranty and protection plans
Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Warranty coverage and ProGuard+ plans are described on the Warranty and Protection Plans page.
8. Intended use and safety
Products must be used as described in the included instructions, with appropriate protective equipment, and only for their intended purpose. Misuse may void the warranty and cause injury or damage.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images and the Mr Kav name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Mr Kav and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited uses
The site may not be used for unlawful purposes, to gain unauthorized access to its systems, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Kav is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence or fraud.
12. Statutory rights
These terms do not affect non-waivable statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of an order applies to that order.
