1. General information

Mr Kav delivers to the countries available at checkout.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are processed starting the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

• Standard Shipping: Free

  • US & UK: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • All other countries: 5–9 business days after dispatch

• Priority Processing: €19.99

  • Ships within 1 business day

4. Digital products

ProGuard+ protection plans are digital products, delivered by email immediately after payment. No shipping costs apply.

5. Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. If no tracking email arrives, check your spam folder.

6. Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. Addresses can be changed only before dispatch. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping charge.

7. Customs and import charges

Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your destination are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery, as required by local regulations.

8. Delays, loss and damage

If a delay occurs due to carriers, customs or high demand, you will be kept informed. If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, a replacement is sent or a full refund is issued at no extra cost. For damaged items, see the Refund Policy.
